By Jenny

The Wyandot County DD Service & Support Administrators (SSAs) will provide 24-hour on-call services in response to emergency situations (i.e., alleged, suspected or known abuse, neglect, or other major unusual incidents) involving individuals with developmental disabilities.

The SSA office is open Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm, is located at 11028 County Highway 44, Upper Sandusky OH and the phone number is 419-294-4901.  SSAs are available for information and referral purposes, in addition to emergency situations.  Eligibility is determined concurrent to the crisis as applicable.

After 4:00 pm on weekdays, on weekends and holidays, contact the SSA on-call to assist in emergency situations that may occur.  The on-call SSA can be reached by calling 419-294-4901, press Option 4 and leave a message for the on-call SSA.  The on-call SSA will receive your voice mail and your call will be returned shortly.
